The paperwork, handled
International shipments need export documentation and a commercial invoice, and clearance at your end goes smoothly when those are complete and accurate. We prepare all of it. What we deliberately do not do is guess at your country's import duties or taxes: those are set by your own customs authority and differ everywhere. Where they apply, they are the buyer's responsibility, and we will tell you that plainly rather than promise otherwise.

Buying from abroad
Shipping this dependable changes how you can buy. Many of our clients see a piece in the Sultanahmet showroom, return home, and decide with the room in front of them. Others never visit at all: every piece in the collection is documented individually, we share detailed photographs and video of the exact carpet on request, and the acquisition is completed by private inquiry.
